Hyderabad, India, July 2025 — Ram Mohan Chepuri has been appointed as Chief of Human Resources at BSCPL Infrastructure Limited, marking a significant milestone in a career that spans over two decades of HR leadership across infrastructure, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and consulting sectors. In this new role, he will spearhead the company’s human capital strategy, drive organizational transformation, and shape talent development initiatives as BSCPL strengthens its domestic and international footprint.
Prior to joining BSCPL, Ram Mohan served as Chief Executive Officer at Anagha Global HR Associates LLP, where he led bespoke people management solutions and strategic hiring initiatives for senior leadership roles across sectors. Under his leadership, Anagha delivered customized HR projects and executive training for mid-to-senior-level talent.
He has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Advisor with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), supporting the Centre for Energy Studies, and previously led global HR functions in the pharmaceutical industry as Head HR – Global Manufacturing at Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy Laboratories. His responsibilities spanned performance management, talent development, change management, and compliance across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, he served as Head of HR at Larsen & Toubro’s Infrastructure IC, leading HR across 80+ large-scale projects in India and abroad. He was also Senior Director HR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, General Manager HR at EID Parry (India) Ltd, and Executive Director (HR) at APGENCO, with deep contributions in industrial relations, leadership development, and talent pipeline creation.
