Tony T. most recently served as Vice President, Head of People Strategy, Operations, Technology, & Analytics at Roku Inc., where he was a key member of the People Leadership team. Over two years, Tony led a multidisciplinary team of 60+ professionals, overseeing global HR functions that included Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, DE&I, Total Rewards, and Workplace Services & Security. His leadership was instrumental in shaping the global HR landscape of Roku, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
Before Roku, Tony held the position of Vice President, Head of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy & Planning at Nike. During his two-year tenure, he built and led Nike’s first combined Global People Analytics and Workforce Strategy & Planning function, contributing significantly to Nike’s biggest business and organizational transformation, including ventures into web3, metaverse, and enterprise technology modernization.
Tony also spent three years at PayPal as Senior Director, Head of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy & Planning. In this role, he led the establishment of PayPal’s first Workforce Strategy & Planning function, providing strategic guidance to design PayPal’s future global workforce. His work supported the Enterprise Transformation Office initiatives and contributed to PayPal’s global operations.
Earlier in his career, Tony was the Director, Head of People Analytics at DocuSign, where he built and led the company’s first People Analytics function, delivering insights to guide strategic talent planning and drive hyper-growth headcount. Tony has also held leadership roles in People Analytics at Pandora, Salesforce, and Cisco, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to drive HR transformation and business success.
