Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2025 – Ranjit Jose has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Sobha Realty in Dubai. In his new role, Ranjit will lead the company’s people-first agenda as Sobha Realty continues to establish itself as a world leader in luxury real estate, focusing on talent transformation and organizational excellence.
Before joining Sobha Realty, Ranjit Jose served as Vice President & HR Head at Diageo for nearly 5 years, where he was responsible for leading HR strategies, talent acquisition, and employee development across India. He also held the roles of General Manager HR and Deputy General Manager HR at Diageo, playing a pivotal role in leadership hiring, employer branding, and employee lifecycle management.
Prior to his tenure at Diageo, Ranjit was the Head of Talent & OD at Britannia Industries Limited, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. He also served as Lead – Delivery & Client Partner at SHRM and was Partner at Quest Career Solutions, where he specialized in HR consulting and advisory services.
His early career included roles as Senior Analyst Human Resources at Accenture and Assistant Manager Human Resources at GSK, further solidifying his expertise in HR operations and talent management.
