London, UK – October 2024 – Ash K. has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at Joe & The Juice, after serving as the Head of People for over two years. In his new role, Ash will lead the company’s HR operations, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and labor law, Ash brings a wealth of knowledge that will support Joe & The Juice’s ambitious global expansion plans.
Before his promotion, Ash K. spent two years as the Head of People at Joe & The Juice, where he was instrumental in developing HR strategies to boost employee engagement and drive growth. His leadership has contributed significantly to the company’s mission of becoming the first truly global people-centric food & beverage company.
In addition to his role at Joe & The Juice, Ash has served as a Non-Executive Director since 2019, providing HR and strategy advisory to the board of directors. He also spent over four years as a Magistrate Judge for HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), where he honed his legal and managerial skills.
Ash’s previous experience includes his tenure as Head of Human Resources/HRBP at Domino’s Pizza, where he was responsible for HR operations and employee relations for the company’s UK operations.
