Leite Arantes as Chief Operations Officer and Rita Baptista as Chief Human Resources Officer. Adrianno R. Leite Arantes brings over two decades of experience in industrial management, particularly in the cement industry. Prior to joining CIMPOR, he held several key leadership roles, including Industrial Director at CSN Cimentos S.A. from September 2022, where he led industrial performance in São Paulo, Brazil. Before that, he spent over 17 years at Holcim, where he served as Industrial Director for Cement Industrial Performance in Brazil and managed multiple plants across the country. His expertise spans industrial operations, project management, and engineering, making him a valuable addition to CIMPOR’s leadership team.

Rita Baptista is a seasoned HR executive with a proven track record in HR transformation and strategic leadership. Prior to joining CIMPOR, she served as Diretora de Recursos Humanos & Organização at bene farmacêutica since July 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, she has held senior HR leadership roles at organizations like OGMA – Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, SA, Ageas Seguros, and AXA, where she led HR transformation projects, talent management initiatives, and organizational development strategies. Rita’s extensive experience in global HR leadership, culture change, and executive coaching will play a crucial role in CIMPOR’s continued success.

CIMPOR is a multinational cement group, recently acquired by Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) in March 2024. TCC is a Taiwan-based company recognized for its commitment to sustainability, low-carbon technologies, and renewable energy. Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
