Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – MakeMyTrip has promoted Bhavin Modi as Chief Commercial Officer – Quest2Travel & Happay, strengthening the leadership of its corporate travel and expense management business portfolio.

In his expanded role, Bhavin Modi will lead both Quest2Travel and Happay, the SaaS-based corporate travel and expense management platforms acquired by MakeMyTrip, with a focus on scaling enterprise solutions, digital innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.

Prior to this elevation, Bhavin Modi served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Quest2Travel at MakeMyTrip, where he led the company’s SaaS-based corporate travel and expense management business. In this role, he oversaw cross-functional operations spanning technology, sales, customer service, finance, human resources, credit, and collections while managing partnerships across enterprise-grade suppliers and corporate customers.

Earlier, he served as Business Head – Quest2Travel, contributing significantly to the growth and scaling of the business following its integration into the MakeMyTrip ecosystem. His leadership focused on product innovation, digital transformation, enterprise customer engagement, and strengthening the company’s corporate travel management capabilities.

Before joining MakeMyTrip, Bhavin Modi spent over eight years with Vodafone Business in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President – Vodafone Global Enterprise, General Manager & National Business Development Head, and Senior Manager & Product Management Lead. During this period, he led enterprise business development, multi-country client relationships, P&L management, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise product strategy, and large-scale B2B growth programs across global markets.

His earlier professional journey includes leadership roles with Reliance Communications and ZTE Corporation, where he gained extensive expertise in enterprise products, telecom infrastructure, wireless data services, network planning, mobile value-added services, and digital product management.
