Ajay Gopalakrishnan’s journey at Foxtale began merely four months ago as the Head of Human Resources. In this short period, he has been instrumental in building Foxtale’s People Function, driving significant HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. His efforts in streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee engagement strategies have been crucial as Foxtale continues to grow.

Before joining Foxtale, Gopalakrishnan was associated with L’Oréal as a Country Project Manager for India, where he led major HR transformation projects, incorporating advanced HRIS and project management tools from April 2023 to February 2024. His tenure at Plum Goodness as the Head of HR from August 2020 to October 2022 was marked by doubling the staff headcount, enhancing the learning culture, and achieving Great Place to Work certification, reflecting his ability to significantly elevate organizational HR functions.

At TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd., he served as the AGM of Human Resources, where he was a part of the leadership team and played a pivotal role in investor funding rounds and standardizing HR policies. His strategic role in JSW as the HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead further showcased his capabilities in talent management and employee engagement, significantly improving engagement scores and operational efficiency.

Gopalakrishnan’s earlier positions include significant roles at Clariant and Shell, where he led change management projects and co-founded the D&I network. His work at Colt Technology Services and NIIT Limited involved critical HR strategy development and implementation that contributed to significant improvements in employee retention and process optimization.
