Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd., one of India’s largest housing finance companies, has announced the appointment of Vinod Nair as Head of Human Resources. In this role, Vinod will lead the HR strategy, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and more. His extensive experience in HR leadership will be critical as Aadhar Housing Finance continues to support low-income communities in their homeownership journey.
Vinod Nair recently joined Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. as Head of Human Resources. In this position, he is responsible for all aspects of human resources, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to leadership development and employee relations. His strategic HR leadership will be vital in advancing the company’s goals, which focus on empowering underserved communities through homeownership.
Prior to this, Vinod spent over two decades at Mahindra Finance, where he held the position of Head – Human Resources. During his 21-year tenure, he played a key role in driving HR operations across various locations, leading talent management initiatives, and aligning HR strategy with business goals, which significantly contributed to the company’s growth and success.
Earlier in his career, Vinod worked at CMS Computers India Pvt Ltd. as an Executive – HRD. In this role, he was responsible for supporting the company’s HR initiatives, including employee recruitment and development programs, which helped streamline HR operations and improve workforce management.
Vinod began his HR journey at Datamatics Group, where he served as an Officer – HRD for three years. His responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, training, and HR policy development, which laid the foundation for his successful career in human resources.
