Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Dheeraj Tandon has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer & Vice President – HR at Kaynes Technology India Limited, marking a significant leadership move as the organization continues to scale its operations and strengthen its people agenda.
In this role, Dheeraj will lead the company’s overall human resources strategy, focusing on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and building a high-performance culture aligned with Kaynes Technology’s growth ambitions across advanced electronics manufacturing and engineering domains.
Prior to joining Kaynes Technology India Limited, Dheeraj Tandon served as Group Head HR at Vadilal Industries Limited, where he led large-scale business transformation initiatives, including the redesign of HR SOPs in alignment with board-level strategy. He played a critical role in onboarding CXO leadership, driving HR digital transformation, and strengthening performance and productivity frameworks across the group.
Before that, he was associated with Heritage Foods Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer, where he led HR strategy for a workforce of over 6,000 employees across on-roll and off-roll roles. During his tenure, he oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, HR operations, digital transformation, and performance management, while supporting a large and complex business ecosystem spanning foods, animal feed, and joint ventures.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Meritor as Head – Talent Management (India & APAC) & DGM HR for JV Operations, where he designed and implemented talent management and leadership development frameworks across the region, while supporting business functions including operations, sales, and marketing.
He also held key roles at JK Organisation and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, contributing to corporate HR strategy, industrial relations, and HR transformation initiatives. His early career includes leadership roles in HR and training with a World Bank joint venture, where he built foundational expertise in HR operations and capability development.
With over two decades of experience across HR leadership, organizational development, and transformation, Dheeraj brings a strong track record of aligning people strategy with business outcomes in complex, multi-industry environments.
Dheeraj Tandon has completed a Business Leadership Program from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and holds an MBA in HR & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.
