Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2026 – Ritu Puri has joined Spark Minda as Group Talent Acquisition Lead, marking a key addition to the organization’s HR leadership as it continues to scale its talent capabilities across business verticals.
In this role, Ritu will lead the group’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on building strong hiring pipelines, strengthening employer branding, and enabling the organization to attract high-quality talent aligned with its growth ambitions in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Spark Minda, Ritu Puri was associated with RGF Professional Recruitment, where she spent over six years progressing across multiple roles including Associate Business Manager – Automotive, Automobile & Heavy Engineering.
During her tenure, she managed end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across manufacturing domains, led client relationships independently, and built strong talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
She also held roles as Managing Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant, where she consistently delivered recruitment solutions for engineering and manufacturing clients while managing teams and driving business development initiatives.
Ritu began her career with internships at DS Group and Rhodoks Manpower Services, gaining early exposure to HR operations, recruitment lifecycle management, employee engagement, and HR data management.
With strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy, she brings a proven track record of building scalable hiring frameworks for complex business environments.
Ritu Puri holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from IILM.
