With over three decades of experience across human capital strategy, people transformation, and industrial HR, Sanjeeb brings deep expertise in managing talent for large manufacturing, chemicals, and infrastructure-focused companies. He joins MCPI at a pivotal time as the organization continues its expansion across polyester segments following its acquisition of Garden Silk Mills Private Limited.

Sanjeeb was most recently a Designated Partner at Steer4Career LLP, where he served for over four years. In this entrepreneurial role, he advised organizations on talent development, capability building, and human resource transformation, leveraging his industry experience to design customized people strategies.

He led strategic HR initiatives across locations, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural transformation in a pan-India manufacturing environment.

Earlier in his career, Sanjeeb spent over 16 years at MCC PTA India Corp. Private Limited, initially set up as a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. As General Manager – Corporate HRD & Administration, he helped build the company’s HR backbone during its formative and growth years in the PTA manufacturing space.

He began his career at India Foils Ltd, where he spent six years as Assistant Manager – HRD, building foundational expertise in industrial relations, HR operations, and administrative systems in the metal and packaging industry.
