Tel Aviv District, Israel, July 2024 – Moran Eitan has started a new position as Head of HR at Firon Law Firm. In this role, Moran will lead the firm’s human resources initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with the firm’s overall objectives.
Moran brings extensive experience in HR management and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Firon Law Firm, Moran served as an HR Manager at Nexite for over 2 years, where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Before Nexite, she worked as an HR Lead for the Technology department at KPMG for more than 3 years, where she led HR practices and supported technological advancements within the department.
Moran also held the position of HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at E4D Solutions LTD for nearly 4 years, where she focused on recruiting top talent and managing HR functions. She started her HR career as a Lead Recruiter at Orotech Placement Ltd., followed by roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Comm-IT and an HR Coordinator at SQLink. Her experience spans across various industries, showcasing her versatility and expertise in human resources.
