Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2025 — Raghav Kumar Sharma has taken on a new role as Chief Executive Officer at Bharatcell, a leading lithium battery manufacturing firm under Kushmanda Power Limited (KPL). In his new position, Raghav will lead the company’s strategic direction, operational expansion, and innovation roadmap to position Bharatcell as a dominant player in India’s clean energy and lithium battery ecosystem.
Raghav joins Bharatcell after a brief but impactful tenure as Vice President at Eastman Auto & Power Limited, where he spearheaded business development for advanced battery technologies and infrastructure for sectors including EVs, BESS, and telecom. His leadership was pivotal in delivering cost-effective, high-performance solutions aimed at enhancing sustainability and efficiency.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Greenfuel Energy Solutions, where he focused on scaling lithium battery production and building market-specific energy solutions for India, Nepal, and Africa. His efforts significantly contributed to India’s Make-in-India agenda and sustainable mobility adoption.
Prior to that, Raghav co-founded and directed Surgical Wholesale Mart and Hayasa E-Mobility, where he managed strategic alliances and led design and marketing for electric two-wheelers. His experience at these startups honed his entrepreneurial acumen and deepened his expertise in EV solutions and clean tech.
He also held leadership positions at Quess Corp Limited and B2X Care Solutions, managing after-sales alliances with top-tier OEMs, and earlier drove retail strategy at Tresor Systems Pvt. Ltd., Elecom India, and ITC Limited, building a strong foundation in business operations, sales, and P&L ownership.
