Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Suparna Chatterjee has taken on a new role as Head HR for the Global Service Centre (GSC) BOM at DHL Global Forwarding, marking a significant step forward in her human resources leadership journey. In this role, she will lead HR strategy and people initiatives for the Mumbai-based global service centre, supporting organizational growth and talent development.
Suparna Chatterjee joins DHL Global Forwarding following her tenure as HR Business Partner at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA), where she contributed to HR strategy across the region, focusing on talent development, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, she spent over four years with DB Schenker, where she held leadership roles including Deputy General Manager – People and Organization and Senior Manager HR. During this period, she led HR initiatives for regional operations, strengthening workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development frameworks.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with BD, where she progressed from Assistant Manager HR to Manager HR, managing a broad spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and compensation & benefits in a national role.
She also gained experience with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where she worked on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Her early career includes roles at PeopleStrong, where she contributed to recruitment process outsourcing projects and HR operations.
Suparna Chatterjee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from All India Management Association.
