Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Aditya Arora has joined Nuvama Asset Management as Chief Investment Officer – Private Equity, marking a significant leadership addition as the firm strengthens its presence in India’s fast-evolving late-stage growth equity space. In this role, he will lead private equity investments with a focus on late-stage growth, including anchor and PIPE transactions, guided by a conviction-driven and research-intensive investment philosophy.
Aditya Arora most recently served as Partner and CIO at P4 Capital, where he led investment strategy across listed and unlisted equities. He played a key role in capital deployment, portfolio construction, and long-term value creation, working closely with the Investment Committee to drive performance across market cycles.
Prior to that, he was Director and Head – Principal Investments at Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, where he established and led the principal investments platform. His responsibilities included investment origination, execution, portfolio oversight, and reporting directly to senior leadership and board members.
Earlier, he spent several years with GEF Capital Partners and affiliated entities, where he gained extensive experience across the investment lifecycle, focusing on sustainability-led growth investments across sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, and data centres.
He also worked as an Investment Manager at Navis Capital Partners, contributing to buyout and listed equity investments across South and Southeast Asia, followed by an early career stint at JM Financial, where he was involved in capital markets transactions including IPOs and private equity deals. He began his professional journey at ITC Limited in corporate internal audit.
Aditya Arora holds a PGPM in Analytical Finance and Strategy from Indian School of Business.
