In her new role, Maryna will lead Nasdaq’s global business development function, driving opportunity generation, strengthening go-to-market execution, and accelerating growth across the company’s Financial Technology portfolio spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Her responsibilities include increasing both the volume and quality of business opportunities, enhancing the scalability of Nasdaq’s global GTM operating model, and advancing AI-enabled, data-driven approaches to pipeline generation and management.

Prior to this promotion, Maryna served as Global Director of Business Development at Nasdaq, where she played a key role in expanding the company’s global Financial Technology business and supporting products including Calypso, AxiomSL, Eqlipse, and Nasdaq Trading Solutions. Earlier, she also served as Senior Business Development Manager, leading revenue generation strategies and expanding Nasdaq Financial Technology’s market presence across the EMEA region.

Before joining Nasdaq, Maryna served as Senior Sales Development Leader, EMEA at PROS, where she significantly accelerated pipeline growth, sales-qualified opportunities, and annual contract value while building high-performing sales development teams.

Earlier, she was Director of Sales Development EMEA & LATAM at AppsFlyer, leading multi-regional sales development organizations and consistently delivering pipeline growth and organizational expansion.

Maryna also held leadership positions at VGS (Very Good Security) as Director of Sales Development and previously Director of Sales Development and Sales Operations, where she built global sales operations, scaled high-performing SDR organizations, and strengthened data-driven revenue generation.

Her earlier career included business development and strategic leadership roles with Build Stuff, Tech London Advocates Ukraine, Social2B, SQUADEX, Provectus, and DataArt, where she built extensive expertise across enterprise technology sales, fintech, cloud platforms, AI, business development, strategic partnerships, sales operations, and global market expansion.

Maryna holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Odesa National Economic University, providing a strong academic foundation for her successful international career in financial technology and business development.

With more than a decade of global leadership experience spanning fintech, enterprise technology, AI, cloud solutions, sales strategy, revenue operations, and business development, Maryna is well positioned to lead Nasdaq’s global business development organization as the company continues advancing innovation across global capital markets and financial technology.
