Michelle joins OmniOn Power at a pivotal time as the company continues to support customers navigating the rapidly evolving landscapes of 5G infrastructure, data centers, industrial automation, and next-generation power technologies. Her appointment reflects the organization’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and organizational capabilities to support continued growth and innovation.
Prior to joining OmniOn Power, Michelle served as Vice President, Human Resources at Halo Industries, Inc., where she provided strategic HR leadership in support of the company’s growth and operational objectives. Her experience spans both emerging technology organizations and globally recognized industry leaders.
Before Halo Industries, Michelle spent nearly nine years with Bosch USA as Director of Human Resources, leading people strategies and talent initiatives for key business operations. During her tenure, she played an important role in supporting organizational growth, leadership development, workforce planning, and talent management programs.
Earlier, she served as Director of Human Resources at NXP Semiconductors, where she supported business transformation initiatives and talent strategies within the highly competitive semiconductor industry.
Michelle also spent an impressive 14 years with Trimble Inc., progressing through multiple human resources leadership positions including Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Her tenure at Trimble provided extensive experience in organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
Her earlier career included HR leadership roles with Philips, Philips Semiconductors, and Cadence, where she developed a strong foundation in human resources management, employee relations, talent development, and business partnership within global technology organizations.
Throughout her career, Michelle has built a reputation for aligning people strategies with business priorities, developing high-performing cultures, driving organizational effectiveness, and helping companies navigate periods of growth and transformation. Her expertise spans strategic human resources leadership, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational design.
As Vice President, Human Resources at OmniOn Power, Michelle will lead the company’s human capital strategy, partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
