Paris, Île-de-France, France, April 2026 – Moët Hennessy, the Wines and Spirits Division of LVMH, has announced the appointment of Claire de Coincy as Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening a people-first culture across its global operations.
In a global organization spanning multiple Maisons, regions, and markets, Claire will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the company’s culture while supporting teams as they navigate an increasingly dynamic and evolving business environment. Her leadership will be central to building organizational capabilities and aligning people strategies with long-term business goals.
Most recently, Claire de Coincy served as CHRO at LVMH Holdings & Other Activities, where she led HR strategy for corporate functions and a diverse portfolio of businesses including media, hospitality, Métiers d’Art, and Vins d’Exception. As a member of the Group HR Executive Committee, she played a key role in elevating HR practices and strengthening talent attraction and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, she was Global Human Resources Director at Chloé, where she was part of the executive committee and led global HR initiatives. Her work focused on talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, and organizational transformation, alongside driving CSR and diversity & inclusion agendas across international markets.
Earlier in her career, Claire spent over a decade with L’Oréal, holding multiple leadership roles including Human Resources Director for L’Oréal Luxe and Lancôme International. During this time, she contributed to global talent development, digital transformation, and strategic HR initiatives across some of the world’s leading luxury beauty brands.
With extensive experience across luxury, global consumer brands, and multinational environments, Claire brings a strong track record in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and culture-building, positioning her to lead Moët Hennessy’s people agenda into its next phase of growth.
