Dominique (Dom) Kwong, co-founder of Damon, has been named Interim Chief Executive Officer, while Shashi Tripathi, current independent director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board. These changes reflect Damon’s commitment to accelerating production capabilities and advancing operational efficiency.
Dominique Kwong, with 25 years of experience in technology and automotive sectors, brings a results-driven approach to his new role. As Damon’s Chief Technology Officer and later Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2023, he spearheaded the development of the company’s patented CoPilot™ and SHIFT™ technologies. His leadership will focus on disciplined pre-production management and systematic operational preparation to unlock significant stakeholder value.
