Dilip Sinha is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership roles across multiple industries. He currently serves as the President & CHRO, Angul at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL), where he leads strategic HR initiatives to drive a progressive and people-centric work culture.

Before joining JSPL, Dilip held several prominent positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedanta Ltd., where he contributed significantly to enhancing workforce efficiency and aligning HR strategies with business goals. His tenure at JSW Steel as Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources further cemented his reputation for fostering organizational transformation and talent development.

Dilip has also served as Head of Human Resources at Reliance Retail and Group Head & CHRO at the Rajan Raheja Group, where he spearheaded HR interventions and provided strategic counsel to senior leadership teams. At the Astarc Group and Future Group, he played pivotal roles in developing HR strategies that aligned with the dynamic demands of global and domestic business environments.
