He is a certified leadership expert from the Center for Creative Leadership, USA, and has been conferred with multiple global HR honors, including ‘HR Professional of the Year’ and ‘Best Transformational Coach’. He also serves on the Core Team of the World HRD Congress and advises top academic institutions.
