Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, June 2025 – Orna Holland has joined Superbet as Vice President Talent and Culture, bringing her vast international expertise in talent and people management to the global tech and entertainment company. In this new role, Orna will drive Superbet’s global talent agenda, focusing on nurturing a high-performance culture, leading people strategy, and supporting the company’s continued global growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Superbet, Orna Holland spent nearly a decade at Stripe, where she most recently served as Global Lead of Core Staffing. During her tenure, Orna was instrumental in building Stripe’s global teams and establishing best-in-class staffing and talent frameworks, first as International Head of Staffing and later as Global Lead, working out of Dublin.
Earlier, Orna held the role of Senior Director of Global Talent at King, based in London, where she shaped global talent acquisition and workforce strategy during a period of significant expansion. Her prior experience at Facebook as Staffing Director EMEA further underscores her ability to lead talent strategies for high-growth, technology-driven organizations across the region.
Orna also spent over five years at Google in Dublin, progressing from Staffing Manager EMEA to Senior HR Business Partner, contributing to the company’s rapid regional growth. Her foundational HR experience began at Microsoft in Dublin, followed by early-career roles in training and talent development.
