Ed Cohen is a global leadership strategist and author with more than four decades of experience helping organizations build relationship-centered, high-performing cultures across geographies and industries. Relationships sit at the center of everything he does.

He has held senior leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Satyam Computer Services (now Tech Mahindra), and is the only leader to have guided two different global organizations to #1 recognition in the Association for Talent Development BEST Awards.

From 2005 to 2012, Ed lived and worked in India, continuing to return regularly through 2020. His recent book "Worlds Apart: A True Story of Courage, Connection, and Change" , published by OM Books International. All of his author royalties from the book in India are being donated to Project Nanhi Kali to support girls’ education.
