A doctorate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Samir has good insights in the field of Strategy & Policy - that being his area of specialization.

He currently heads the Economic Cell - BJP (Kar).

Triple sector leadership, concept propounded by Jo Nye, former Dean of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government motivated Samir to gain exposure and leadership experience in all three domains (Political, social and economic) . An academic perspective to these gives an additional edge to connect dots in various domains.

Culmination of an interesting engagement with the BJP led to a full time immersion with the Governance of our country. He was with the Government of India as Additional Private Secretary to the Union Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers, Sri Ananth Kumar.
