Sidharth Gupta, with over 18 years of experience is currently serving as the Director- TA at Flutter Group (Junglee Games) where he is responsible for Heading TA and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, he had the privilege of working with esteemed global and Indian MNCs such as Amazon, Samsung R&D, Infosys, IndiaMart, CSC, and Capgemini, across locations in India, USA, Canada, and South Korea. He is MBA in HR from IMI Delhi and B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Jaipur. He was honored as one of the "Top HR Leaders of India" in 2024 by the Economic Times Group and HR Association of India, "Top HR Leaders of India" in 2024/2023 by the World HRD Congress, "Top 40 HR Leaders Redefining HR in India" in 2022, and "Top 101 HR Minds of India" in 2019 by the World HRD Congress.
