Miami, Florida, United States, July 2025 — Aviva Lazar has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at unybrands, bringing with her more than two decades of deep expertise in global human resources leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development. In this strategic leadership position, Aviva will drive the company’s people strategy, talent development, and culture-building efforts as unybrands continues its growth journey.
Prior to joining unybrands, Aviva was the Founder & Chief Consultant at Aviva Lazar Consulting, where she offered fractional HR leadership and coaching to clients navigating career transitions and high-growth business phases. She also served as Global People Partner Lead at Wix.com, where she played a pivotal role in supporting organizational effectiveness and leadership development across global teams.
Before Wix, she was the Associate Director, HRBP for Technology at Chewy, leading HR for critical tech infrastructure and corporate systems. Earlier, as Human Resources Director for North & South America at JDC, Aviva designed and led HR strategies across multiple countries, enhancing workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
Her career also includes impactful tenures at Bloomberg, The Economist Group, AOL, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she contributed to large-scale transformations, cultural shifts, and talent strategy execution. Aviva holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from New York University, a coaching certification from Columbia Business School, and a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University, with additional academic experience from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
