Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2025 — Aragen Life Sciences has named Avneesh Dubey as Director – Business Development, D&M (Discovery & Manufacturing) for the UK, South Korea, and Oceania regions. In this role, Dubey will drive the expansion of Aragen’s regional footprint, accelerate end‑to‑end CDMO and development pipelines, deepen customer engagement, and align commercial strategy with delivery capabilities.
Dubey joins Aragen after a stint as Director – Global Business Development at Aryastha Life Sciences (July 2024 – Dec 2025), where he contributed to business growth through market strategy and client acquisition. Prior to that, he held the role of Head of Business Development, APAC & Japan at Jubilant Biosys Limited (Dec 2021 – Jul 2024), and before that served as Global Business Development Manager at Syngene International Limited (Mar 2019 – Dec 2021).
Earlier phases of his career include institutional–sales and business development roles at companies such as Cipla, Strides, and Biocon, where he built foundational experience in market analysis, client engagement, project planning, and commercial execution. Over a career spanning 15+ years in discovery, development and CDMO services across global markets, Dubey has established a proven track record of building client partnerships, securing high‑value contracts, and driving sustained revenue growth.
In his new role at Aragen, Dubey is expected to leverage his deep domain knowledge and global network to lead the company’s growth strategy in the UK, South Korea, and Oceania — regions with growing demand for outsourced drug development and manufacturing services.
