Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Publicis Groupe has announced that Bhanu Priya Singh has stepped into the role of Vice President — Talent Acquisition (Media & Tech). In this expanded leadership mandate, she will spearhead strategic talent acquisition for media and technology portfolios, strengthening hiring governance, capability scaling, and future-ready workforce pipelines to support Publicis Groupe’s growth and transformation agenda in India.
Prior to her elevation as Vice President — Talent Acquisition (Media & Tech) at Publicis Groupe, Bhanu Priya Singh served as Associate Vice President — Talent Acquisition (Media & Tech) for nearly four years, where she led complex, high-volume and niche hiring programs, strengthened employer branding, and built scalable recruitment governance across media and technology businesses.
Earlier, she spent over two years with GlobalLogic, progressing from Deputy Manager — Talent Acquisition to Talent Acquisition Manager in Bengaluru, leading multi-location hiring programs and strengthening leadership and technology talent pipelines.
Before that, she served as Assistant Manager — Talent Acquisition at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), where she supported large-scale technology hiring and process maturity initiatives.
Her career foundation was shaped by over four years with Capgemini as Talent Acquisition Lead, managing enterprise hiring and building structured recruitment delivery models, followed by early talent acquisition consulting experience with Tata Consultancy Services.
She began her HR journey across roles including Assistant Manager — Human Resources at Sri Saikrupa Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd and Senior Executive — Human Resources at Apex Technology Group Inc., where she also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Soft Skill Trainer.
Bhanu Priya Singh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NSB School of Business.
