In his new role, Bharadwaj will focus on driving strategic business transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence for clients in India and worldwide.
Bharadwaj joins A&M after serving as Managing Director – Consumer Goods & Life Sciences at Accenture, where he advised multinational clients on strategic business transformation, digital strategy, customer and channel transformation, and supply chain efficiency. He played a key role in designing and executing initiatives to improve growth analytics, retail execution, and omni-channel strategies, delivering measurable outcomes for global organizations.
Previously, at Johnson & Johnson, Bharadwaj held dual leadership roles, first as CIO & Digital Transformation Leader, India, and later as CIO for South Asia & North Asia, covering India, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. He led transformative initiatives integrating technology and business, advancing digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled customer engagement across multiple geographies.
At Unilever, Bharadwaj spearheaded global strategies in B2B, B2B2C, and eCommerce, leveraging data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) to deliver efficiency and cost optimization. His tenure at Reckitt Benckiser, Newfangled Techno Systems, Punj Lloyd, SAP Labs, and Tech Mahindra further solidified his expertise in technology, consulting, and operational transformation.
With over two decades of diverse experience spanning Asia, Europe, and international markets, Bharadwaj’s appointment highlights Alvarez & Marsal’s commitment to strengthening its digital and business transformation capabilities for clients navigating complex global challenges.
