Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2024 – Bhargab Pani has started his new role as Director Global Talent Acquisition at Coforge. In this position, Bhargab will lead global talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, enhancing the company’s recruitment processes across various regions.
Bhargab Pani has been with Coforge for nearly four years. Previously, he served as Group Head Human Resources, where he led executive and sales recruitment for Coforge in EMEA and APAC regions. He managed recruitment for multiple business units, including Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Retail, CPG, UK Public Sector, and Health & Life Science, and service lines such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, SNOW, Data & Analytics, Digital Services, BPM, Salesforce, and ERP.
Before joining Coforge, Bhargab was the Global Recruitment Leader – EXL Digital at EXL, where he led leadership, technical, and campus recruitment for the Digital, Data & Analytics, and Consulting business verticals. He also managed CXO stakeholder relationships, implemented recruitment process enhancements, and led HR analytics and change management initiatives.
Bhargab’s earlier experience includes roles as Recruitment Manager at FCS Software Solutions Ltd, where he was accountable for IT Infrastructure hiring for US and India, and as an Account Manager at GCFS, focusing on technical recruiting and client relationship building.
Bhargab began his HR career at Planman Consulting Group, where he was responsible for technology hiring for ITES clients, and then worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at JobAspire.
