Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 — Yashaswi Group has announced the appointment of Bhumika Jeswani as Vice President – Staffing, marking an important addition to its leadership team as the organization continues to expand its footprint in workforce development and skilling solutions across India. In her new role, Bhumika will lead staffing operations, client engagement, and workforce strategy, driving scalable employment initiatives and strengthening Yashaswi’s mission to empower youth through skill-based employment opportunities.
Bhumika brings with her over two decades of experience in staffing, HR operations, and client management across diverse industries. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy General Manager at Quess Corp Limited, where she played a key role in scaling workforce solutions, managing client portfolios, and driving process excellence across multiple business verticals.
Earlier, Bhumika was associated with Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. for over six years, where she led operations as Zonal Head – South and Regional Manager – Tamil Nadu & Kerala, overseeing staffing delivery and business growth across southern markets. She also held leadership positions at Planman HR Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Senior Manager – Branch Operations, managing regional HR operations and business performance.
Her career journey began with roles at Achariya World Class Education Institution, MA FOI Management Consultants, ICICI Bank Ltd, HSBC, Airtel – Bharti Cellular, and ET & T Computer Training Centre, where she developed a strong foundation in customer relations, HR administration, and workforce engagement.
