Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Geltec – Innovative Healthcare has announced the appointment of Bhushan Ghollar as its new Head of Human Resources. In his new role, Bhushan will be responsible for shaping and executing people-centric strategies that strengthen the company’s cultural DNA, foster innovation and agility, and build diverse and inclusive workplaces. He will also lead global learning and development programs, ensuring continuous upskilling of teams to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare industry.
Bhushan joins Geltec after more than four years at Endo International plc, where he served as Associate Director Human Resources and previously as Senior Human Resources Manager. During his tenure, he played a key role in corporate and R&D HR strategy, implementing job architecture frameworks, succession planning, and large-scale talent development initiatives across ENDO India.
Before Endo, he spent nearly nine years at Teva Pharmaceuticals in multiple HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager, Assistant Manager Human Resources, and Senior Executive Human Resources. He managed HR for major R&D centers and regulatory affairs operations, driving talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, and development of future leaders.
Earlier in his career, Bhushan worked as Sr. Executive HR at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited and as Executive HR at Dwarka Group of Companies, where he gained early exposure to employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Bhushan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening his expertise in HR strategy and leadership.
