Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2025 – Bimalendu Sukla has been appointed as Director, Talent Division at Alpha Data, a leading digital transformation and systems integration provider in the Middle East. In his new role, Bimalendu will oversee strategic talent operations across the region, shaping recruitment and workforce development initiatives that align with Alpha Data’s mission to power digital growth for thousands of clients.
Bimalendu has been with Alpha Data for 10 years, most recently serving as Regional Manager – Recruitment Operations, where he successfully led talent acquisition functions across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. His contributions in building high-performing recruitment teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving regional hiring strategies have been instrumental in scaling Alpha Data’s workforce capabilities.
Prior to joining Alpha Data, he was Staffing/Recruitment Manager for the GCC region at Raqmiyat, where he managed multi-location HR teams and spearheaded initiatives in succession planning, talent development, and cost optimization. His success in leading regional recruitment operations and enhancing retention positioned him as a key player in Raqmiyat’s Middle East strategy.
Earlier in his career, Bimalendu served as Business Manager – Staffing at Gulf Computers LLC, where he grew the headcount from 30 to 300 full-time employees and implemented performance management systems across the organization. His deep experience in workforce scaling, competency modeling, and operational transformation further solidified his standing in the IT staffing industry.
Bimalendu began his HR leadership career with Tarang Software Technologies, supporting staffing operations for clients in the electronic payments and fintech domain.
