Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Binita Deb has been promoted to the role of Associate Director – Human Resources at CARE Ratings Ltd., part of the CareEdge Group. In this elevated position, she will continue to steer the organization’s HR strategy, talent management, and people initiatives with a renewed focus on organizational growth and employee engagement.
At CARE Ratings Ltd., Binita has spent over four years, serving as HR Business Partner & Talent Management, where she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee development, and aligning people practices with business goals.
Prior to this, she worked at Mahindra Finance as a Human Resources Specialist, where she was deeply involved in HR operations, workforce planning, and employee life cycle processes, contributing to robust people practices across business units.
Before joining Mahindra Finance, she served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at the House of Anita Dongre Limited, where she led HR business partnering responsibilities and supported talent initiatives across the fashion retail segment.
Her earlier stints include working at Tata Capital as HRBP – Corporate Financing, and at Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. as Assistant Manager HR, where she focused on recruitment, employee lifecycle, and engagement strategies across the region.
She began her professional journey as a Management Trainee at Kotak Mahindra Bank, following the completion of her MBA in Human Resources from ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai.
