Evanston, Illinois, United States, December 2025 – Blake Angelino has been appointed as Vice President of Legal, Americas at Ornua, taking charge of legal governance, compliance and corporate advisory across the company’s North and Latin America operations. In this role, he will support Ornua’s strategic growth, regulatory stewardship, and risk governance across its global dairy and food ingredient businesses.
Blake Angelino has been serving at Ornua for close to a year, most recently as Senior Legal Counsel, where he supported corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial legal frameworks across business operations in the Americas.
Prior to Ornua, he spent nearly three years as Senior Counsel at Newly Weds Foods, where he advised leadership on corporate governance, commercial agreements, compliance structures, and enterprise risk management within the global food manufacturing environment.
Earlier, he built deep transactional and regulatory legal expertise during a long tenure at Faegre Drinker (formerly Faegre Baker Daniels LLP) as Associate, advising multinational corporations on complex corporate, regulatory and commercial legal matters.
He began his legal career at Jackson Kelly PLLC, following formative legal internships with the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and participation in the Notre Dame Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, strengthening his litigation, regulatory, and intellectual property advisory capabilities.
