Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, United States, December 2025 – Brent Glover has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Cast & Crew, bringing with him over two decades of leadership in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. In this pivotal role, Brent will drive the company’s technology strategy, platform innovation, and digital product excellence to support Cast & Crew’s expansive portfolio in the film, television, and live entertainment industries.
As CTO, Brent is expected to strengthen the organization’s digital capabilities across its ecosystem of companies—including Backstage, CAPS, Final Draft, and Media Services—enhancing workflow efficiency, financial automation, and content production support through scalable, secure, and user-centric tech solutions.
Before joining Cast & Crew, Brent Glover served as Chief Technology Officer at Routeware, Inc., where he led digital transformation for the smart waste and fleet management sector. During his three-year tenure, he oversaw large engineering teams, platform modernization, and customer-centric SaaS initiatives.
Earlier, Brent was VP of Engineering at Zego, where he managed over 100 professionals across software engineering, architecture, SRE, and quality. He restructured legacy monoliths into a modern event-driven microservices architecture, leading product domains that generated over $120 million in annual revenue for property management clients.
His leadership at Solera Holdings, Inc. as VP of Software Engineering saw him managing 180+ reports across seven product domains and generating over $220 million in annual revenue. He championed microservices via Pivotal Cloud Foundry, consolidated data warehouses into a strategic Data Lake, and drove end-to-end DevOps and UI/UX alignment.
Brent spent nearly a decade at HD Supply, leading IT for sales and marketing solutions and later handling complex M&A integration efforts. Prior to that, he held M&A-focused IT leadership roles at The Home Depot and began his career in application development at Advanced Systems Design, followed by technical roles at Integrated Data Systems and Peachtree Software.
