Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, September 2025 – Brian Rea has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at TAT Technologies Ltd., a global leader in aerospace and defense innovation. In his new role, Rea will be responsible for driving HR strategy, leadership development, cultural transformation, and global workforce capability to support TAT’s mission of powering partnerships and elevating possibilities in aerospace and defense.
Immediately prior to this appointment, Brian co-founded Forged Human Resources, where he served as Managing Director. At Forged, he enabled small to mid-market companies to achieve strategic growth through tailored HR services, including talent acquisition, people strategy, cultural renovation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Previously, Brian served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AmesburyTruth for over six years. Leading a $700M business with 4,000 employees across the US, Mexico, and Canada, he partnered with the CEO and executive team to nearly double revenue while driving cultural transformation, enabling acquisitions, and fostering value creation through strong HR leadership.
Before that, Brian was with MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., where he held senior HR leadership roles for nearly four years, including Senior Director of Human Resources. He was instrumental in integrating acquisitions, leading HR for Canadian operations, and driving large-scale organizational transformation.
Earlier in his career, Brian gained extensive experience in employee relations, HR strategy, and labor negotiations through leadership roles at Land O’Lakes, Inc., Post Holdings, and PepsiCo, where he was recognized with a nomination for the prestigious PepsiCo Chairman’s Award. His journey began with HR roles at GMR Group and Oracle, laying the foundation for his long-standing expertise in workforce strategy and people development.
