Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Bridgette Nambiar has joined EOSGlobe as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, bringing with her a distinguished career spanning over three decades across Operations, Training, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Service Assurance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Development. In her new role, she will lead HR transformation initiatives, focusing on strengthening people practices, enhancing organizational culture, and aligning talent strategies with business growth.
Before joining EOSGlobe, Bridgette Nambiar served as Head – HR & L&D and Senior Vice President at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where she played a dual role driving human capital development and strategic initiatives. She also contributed as a Strategy Consultant, further showcasing her versatility in aligning HR with business strategy. Prior to this, she led operational and HR functions at Vertex Customer Management India, an Altruist Group Company.
Her earlier journey includes impactful leadership roles at Flipkart, where she headed Training & Development for Customer Experience, and MACH Teledata, where she set up robust learning and development frameworks. At Firstsource India, she played a pivotal role in transformation and development, progressing from Deputy General Manager to General Manager of L&D functions, driving learning strategy and operational effectiveness.
Bridgette’s career also includes a strong tenure with Bharti Airtel, where she was responsible for Training & Service Assurance across Karnataka, and earlier roles at Spanco, Bharti Telenet, iSeva, and Pagepoint Services (a Motorola JV), where she held senior operations and customer care roles. Her foundation in leadership was shaped during her time in the hospitality industry, particularly at Hotel Greenpark, The Krishna Oberoi, and Oberoi Center for Learning & Development, where she began her professional journey.
Over the years, Bridgette has earned certifications including DISC, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Quality Management Systems, and she is currently pursuing her ICF Coaching Certification. She also holds a Master’s in English Literature and a Post-Graduation in Hotel Management, exemplifying her commitment to lifelong learning and development.
