Brittany’s journey with McKee Foods Corporation spans over six years, during which she has advanced through a range of critical roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Quality, Research and Development, where she led innovation strategies and enhanced the company’s product development pipeline. Earlier, as Product Development Manager, she chaired the New Product Strategy team, driving innovation, process improvement, and supply chain adaptability.
Her earlier tenure at McKee also included roles such as Corporate Capacity Planner and Senior Cost Accountant, where she contributed to financial analysis, budgeting, and process optimization across product lines. Brittany’s foundation in manufacturing and process improvement has positioned her as a strategic leader capable of blending technical rigor with creative innovation.
Before joining McKee Foods, Brittany gained diverse experience at Fresca Foods Inc., Paleo Ethics, HealthcareSource, and Enjoy Fresh, building expertise in client management, logistics, and business operations.
