Harris previously served as Senior Director of People Operations & Partnerships at Equip for over a year, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, partnerships, and operational effectiveness. Her leadership contributed to fostering a supportive and high-performing culture in a fully remote environment.

Before joining Equip, Harris was Vice President of People at Stocktwits for nearly two years, reporting directly to the CEO and managing both global HR operations and digital media sales. She spearheaded numerous HR initiatives including performance review processes, global compensation philosophy, and an engagement program that achieved an eNPS score of +30.36.

Earlier in her career, Harris spent over two years at Vineti, initially as Director of Talent Acquisition and later as Senior Director, People. There, she expanded the Talent Acquisition team, led the implementation of a formal HR Business Partner model, and developed career ladders and mentorship programs that advanced diversity and inclusion. She also introduced employer branding strategies and launched the company’s first Employee Resource Groups.

Harris’s extensive career foundation was built over nearly five years at Privia Health, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement. She led large-scale recruitment efforts during periods of high growth, developed structured interviewing processes, and drove leadership development programs. Her earlier experience spans roles in grants and administration, research and insights, marketing, and community fundraising with organizations such as Higher Achievement, The Advisory Board Company, and the City of Philadelphia.

About Equip
Equip is redefining eating disorder treatment by providing 100% virtual, evidence-based care to patients and families. Through dedicated multidisciplinary care teams, Equip delivers gold-standard treatment at home, making recovery possible for all individuals affected by eating disorders. The company’s mission-driven approach combines clinical excellence with accessibility to transform the treatment landscape.
