San Diego, California, United States, August 2025 – Brooke Harris has been promoted to Vice President, People at Equip, where she will lead strategic people initiatives to support the organization’s mission of providing lasting recovery from eating disorders through its 100% virtual care model. In her elevated role, Harris will oversee all facets of People operations, culture development, and talent strategy, ensuring alignment with Equip’s rapid growth and commitment to evidence-based treatment.
Harris previously served as Senior Director of People Operations & Partnerships at Equip for over a year, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, partnerships, and operational effectiveness. Her leadership contributed to fostering a supportive and high-performing culture in a fully remote environment.
Before joining Equip, Harris was Vice President of People at Stocktwits for nearly two years, reporting directly to the CEO and managing both global HR operations and digital media sales. She spearheaded numerous HR initiatives including performance review processes, global compensation philosophy, and an engagement program that achieved an eNPS score of +30.36.
Earlier in her career, Harris spent over two years at Vineti, initially as Director of Talent Acquisition and later as Senior Director, People. There, she expanded the Talent Acquisition team, led the implementation of a formal HR Business Partner model, and developed career ladders and mentorship programs that advanced diversity and inclusion. She also introduced employer branding strategies and launched the company’s first Employee Resource Groups.
Harris’s extensive career foundation was built over nearly five years at Privia Health, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement. She led large-scale recruitment efforts during periods of high growth, developed structured interviewing processes, and drove leadership development programs. Her earlier experience spans roles in grants and administration, research and insights, marketing, and community fundraising with organizations such as Higher Achievement, The Advisory Board Company, and the City of Philadelphia.
