São Paulo, Brazil, June 2024 – Carolina Rodriguez is promoted to Director Talent Acquisition LATAM at McCain Foods. Carolina has expressed her gratitude for the incredible 8 years at McCain and looks forward to continuing her journey with the company in this new role.
Carolina’s journey at McCain Foods began 8 years ago. Her most recent role was as Human Resources Director from July 2021 to June 2024, where she played a pivotal role in leading HR initiatives and strategies across the region. Prior to that, she served as Head of HR from June 2018 to June 2021, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations in São Paulo. Before moving to Brazil, Carolina was the Head of Human Resources in Mexico City from July 2016 to June 2018, where she successfully led various HR functions.
Before joining McCain Foods, Carolina gained extensive experience at British American Tobacco (BAT) in Monterrey, Mexico. She served as Senior Manager HRBP Corporate Services for a brief period from May 2016 to July 2016, where she was a functional leadership member responsible for HRBP for multiple departments, managing direct reports, and overseeing HR KPIs.
Carolina’s experience at Danone was substantial, where she spent over 6 years in various HR roles. As Regional HR Manager Operations / Danone Waters from August 2014 to April 2015, she managed a team and was responsible for multiple warehouses and sales offices. Her previous roles at Danone included HR Manager Operations / Danone Waters from August 2013 to August 2014, HR Operations Executive / Danone Waters from July 2012 to July 2013, HR Sales & Operations Executive / Danone Waters from November 2011 to June 2012, and HR Jr Manager / Danone Nutricia from March 2011 to November 2011, showcasing her versatility and growth within the company. She also held roles as Organisational Development Associate / Danone Waters from November 2010 to February 2011, HR Jr Business Partner / Danone Dairy from April 2010 to October 2010, and Organisational Development Coordinator / Danone Waters from February 2009 to March 2010.
