With an extensive background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR technology, she will lead the company’s people analytics strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations and enhance talent strategies in the construction technology sector.
Before joining Procore Technologies, Carrie spent over six years at Workday, most recently serving as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In this role, she led global hiring strategies for product, technology, marketing, and corporate functions, with a focus on diversity hiring, AI-driven recruitment tools, and workforce planning.

Prior to Workday, she was Director, Employee Success Business Partners at Salesforce, where she played a crucial role in organizational development and leadership coaching. She also held senior HR leadership positions at Adobe Marketo, supporting global sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Carrie’s career began in talent and HR analytics at Swinerton Builders, where she developed training programs and HR systems to support large-scale construction projects. With her return to the construction industry at Procore Technologies, she brings a data-driven and tech-forward approach to HR transformation.
