San Francisco, California, United States, December, 2024 – Carrum Health, the leader in value-based Centers of Excellence (COE) for specialty care, has announced the appointment of Matt Eurey as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over 25 years of leadership in the employee benefits space, Eurey will drive sales and business development to expand access to Carrum’s innovative solutions for surgical care, cancer care, and substance use disorders.
Eurey brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Business at Accolade, where he played a pivotal role in scaling revenue from under $100M to $400M, growing the client base to over 1,000 employer clients, and leading the company through multiple acquisitions and its IPO. Prior to Accolade, Eurey held senior benefits leadership roles at Lowe’s and Time Warner Cable, gaining deep insights into employer-driven healthcare solutions.
“With healthcare costs projected to rise by 8% next year and specialty care accounting for nearly half of total care costs, self-insured employers are increasingly adopting value-based care models,” said Sach Jain, Founder and CEO of Carrum Health. “Matt’s experience scaling commercial organizations and his unique perspective as a former benefits leader make him exceptionally qualified to expand Carrum’s reach and impact.”
In his new role, Eurey will lead the go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, consultant partnerships, enterprise marketing, and solutions consulting teams. He will focus on scaling Carrum’s solutions to meet the growing demand for cost-effective, high-quality specialty care.
“Carrum stands out with its robust quality standards, integrity, and transparency, all while addressing healthcare’s most pressing challenges,” said Matt Eurey, Chief Commercial Officer of Carrum Health. “Having witnessed the positive impact of top-tier care access firsthand, I am eager to help expand Carrum’s solutions, ensuring more Americans benefit from high-quality care with little to no out-of-pocket costs.”
