Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2024 – Chandra Sekhar D has commenced his new role as Vice President – Human Resources at NCC Limited, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.
Chandra Sekhar D brings a wealth of experience in human resources management to his new position at NCC Limited. Before joining NCC, he served as the Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Aragen Life Sciences for nearly three years. In this role, he was instrumental in leading HR initiatives, driving talent management strategies, and enhancing employee engagement.
Prior to Aragen Life Sciences, Chandra Sekhar had a long tenure at Tata Projects where he held the position of Assistant Vice President – HR for over 16 years. His extensive experience at Tata Projects involved overseeing HR operations, implementing strategic HR policies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Earlier in his career, he was the Manager – HRD at KSK Energy Ventures Limited, where he led the HRD function and played a key role in the organization’s growth. Chandra Sekhar also held the position of Assistant Manager – HRD at Gati Limited, where he worked at the corporate office and later became the Western Zone HR Incharge in Pune. Additionally, he has experience as an Officer – Personnel & Administration at Monozyme India Limited and as an Assistant Personnel Officer at NUCON Industries Pvt Ltd.
