New York, New York, September 2024 – Chloe Glasgow has been appointed as Head of Talent at Normal Computing, where she will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and management strategies as the company continues its cutting-edge work in AI and advanced manufacturing. In this role, Chloe will work closely with leadership to ensure the company attracts top-tier talent aligned with its mission to bridge AI with real-world applications.
Prior to joining Normal Computing, Chloe was Leading Recruiting and People at Sage for a year, where she led efforts to optimize the company’s recruiting processes and developed strategies to enhance employee experience. She played a critical role in sourcing and recruiting talent that aligned with Sage’s growth and culture.
Before Sage, Chloe served as Recruiting Team Lead at Palantir Technologies for two years, where she managed high-impact recruiting initiatives that significantly contributed to Palantir’s expansion and success. Her strategic leadership helped scale the company’s recruiting efforts in both technical and non-technical roles.
Earlier in her career, Chloe was a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, where she gained extensive experience in hiring top talent in the technology space. She also held recruiting positions at Modis and Harnham, where she sharpened her skills in the technical recruitment domain.
Her journey into the recruiting world began at Zivra, LLC as a Technology Consultant in DevOps Change Management, providing her with a deep understanding of the technical landscape and further strengthening her recruitment expertise.
