London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Clare Bishop has stepped into her new role as Chief People Officer at ELEMIS, a globally recognized British luxury skincare and spa brand. In her new position, Clare will oversee all people and culture initiatives, HR strategy, and leadership development, contributing to the brand’s continued commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being.
Clare joins ELEMIS after a recent tenure as Director of People at Chelsea Football Club, where she led HR operations and supported talent strategy during a key phase of organizational transition.
Prior to that, she served as Chief People Officer at MATCHES, where she was part of the executive team. She led efforts across talent acquisition, organizational design, employee development, DE&I, and culture transformation, aligning the HR strategy with the company’s growth goals.
Before MATCHES, Clare held a short-term role as Managing Director, People & Culture, Europe at Greystar (International), where she provided senior HR leadership across multiple countries. She also spent over four years at ASOS.com, serving as both People Director and People Experience Director, driving HR operations across the UK, US, and Germany and advising key C-suite executives.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Addison Lee, Totaljobs Group, and Fish4jobs, showcasing more than two decades of progressive experience in human resources and people strategy across diverse industries.
