Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, June 2025 – Claudia Lillebjerg Simonsen has joined Bactolife as Vice President People, Culture & Organization, bringing a distinguished track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation. In this new role, Claudia will lead Bactolife’s people agenda, driving initiatives that foster a high-performing, innovative, and purpose-driven culture as the company pioneers advances in gut health and food biotechnology.
Before joining Bactolife, Claudia was the Founder of Little Mountain, a consultancy where she specialized in sustainable scalability and organizational growth. Through mentorship and consulting, she helped organizations achieve scalable culture and operational excellence without falling into bureaucracy, supporting clients across Denmark for over four years.
Earlier, Claudia served as Head of Corporate Human Resources at Egmont, where she spearheaded corporate HR strategy and supported transformational change in a prominent Nordic media group. She then became Head of Business HR (Corporate & Institutions + Wealth Management) at Danske Bank, driving people strategy in large, complex banking divisions and fostering business-aligned HR solutions.
Previously, she was Head of People & Organisation at Milestone Systems, where she played a key role in scaling up HR operations and driving people-centric growth. Her extensive experience also includes senior HR leadership positions at Nokia Danmark, where she held multiple global business HR roles, led complex change initiatives—including the closure of a major R&D site—and supported global product management and transformation programs across large international teams.
Claudia’s early career includes international HR management roles at CA Technologies, Borealis A/S, and Computer Resources International A/S. She is also recognized for her entrepreneurial leadership as founder of Little Mountain ApS and her mentorship of innovative startups through programs like Startupbootcamp. Claudia’s expertise spans organizational design, cultural transformation, change leadership, and business-aligned people strategy.
