Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, May 2025 – Clayton Gee has been named Chief Information Officer at Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC). In this newly announced role, Clayton will lead the strategic advancement of RCC’s technology function, focusing on IT innovation, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and aligning tech capabilities with the organization’s long-term ESG and construction goals.
Prior to this appointment, Clayton served at Scentre Group—owner and operator of Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand—for more than five years. As Head of Core Technology, he spearheaded initiatives across service operations, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and modern workplace transformation. His leadership ensured seamless technology delivery in a high-demand retail environment, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and digital resilience.
Before joining Scentre Group, Clayton held multiple leadership roles at Charter Hall, where he served as Head of IT Platforms and Service Delivery and earlier as IT Service & Operations Manager. Over his nearly four-year tenure, he drove cloud migrations and ITIL implementations, helping shape the organization’s technology backbone for sustained performance and scalability.
Earlier in his career, Clayton spent nearly seven years at Medibank, progressing through roles including Group IT Service Desk Manager and IT Helpdesk Team Leader, where he refined his expertise in service delivery, process optimization, and user experience. He began his professional journey in IT support roles with firms including Chevron and others across Australia and New Zealand, building a strong technical foundation in infrastructure and operations.
