Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2023 – Clint Misquitta has been appointed as the new Head, HR Enterprise, Talent and Leadership Development at Edelweiss Life Insurance. Bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and talent development, Clint is set to lead the HR function, focusing on enterprise-wide HR initiatives, talent management, and leadership development.
Clint Misquitta has been with Edelweiss Life Insurance for nearly eight years. Before his new role, he served as the Lead Learning and Talent for approximately seven years. In this role, he was responsible for designing and delivering talent management and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Edelweiss Life Insurance, Clint was an L&OD Partner at Maersk Global Service Centres for about one year, where he contributed to learning and organizational development projects.
Clint co-founded AAVID Consulting Processes Pvt Ltd, where he worked for over four years. As the Director and Co-Founder, he focused on business development, client servicing, and facilitating HRD projects, L&D, and OD interventions.
Before AAVID, Clint was a Manager at Glenmark Generics Ltd for almost four years. He managed L&D and OD across the company’s manufacturing, R&D, and corporate offices, delivering business solutions and talent management programs.
Clint also worked as a Business Manager at Astrum Sercon for nearly three years, where he was responsible for business development, client servicing, and training delivery.
