In her most recent role, Cyndy Carlson served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Centricity Credit Union, a position she held since December 2022. In this capacity, she was instrumental in shaping the organization’s HR strategies and training programs, aligning talent development with operational excellence.
Prior to this, she served as Director of Human Resources and Training from 2015, playing a critical role in advancing employee engagement and cultivating a strong organizational culture. Her contributions have been pivotal in establishing Centricity’s reputation for employee-centric leadership.
Before joining Centricity, Carlson spent over 15 years at Minnco Credit Union, where she held the role of Vice President. At Minnco, she was responsible for managing branch operations, leading teams, and supporting strategic financial services delivery, solidifying her credentials as a seasoned leader in the credit union space.
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, operations, and strategic leadership within the financial services industry, Carlson brings deep insight and a proven ability to drive workforce alignment with business goals. Her new role is expected to further strengthen Centricity’s people-first approach as it continues to serve communities across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
